Supporting Infant Toddler Success
PT. 1 (Based on the Pyramid Model)
OCFS: 1 (CD), 2 (NH)
It is our job as caregivers to support each child’s social emotional development by individualizing the level of care to meet the child’s and family’s needs. To support this goal, the pyramid model was developed. The pyramid model is a conceptual model of evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s social emotional competence and preventing and addressing challenging behavior.
